Women recovering from surgery
Personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and accompaniment to follow-up appointments during recovery at home.
Women managing chronic illness
Consistent daily living support for women managing conditions like diabetes, heart disease, COPD, lupus, MS, and other ongoing diagnoses.
New and postpartum mothers
Personal care and household support for the mother — so she can heal, rest, and recover after birth. Our support is for the mother, not the baby.
Women aging at home
Compassionate daily living support for women who want to remain safely and comfortably in their own home.
Women with a new diagnosis
Practical help and companionship during the adjustment period after receiving a new diagnosis.
Family caregivers who need a break
Respite care for daughters, spouses, and other family members who are the primary caregiver and need time to rest.
Our service boundaries
Nurse Sister Friend provides non-medical personal care and companionship for women. We do not offer childcare, emergency response, or skilled nursing through these services. Support for younger clients is considered individually, with appropriate consent, staffing, and a care plan. If you're unsure whether we can help, reach out — we're happy to talk through your situation.

- Transportation and accompaniment only when assessed, included in the care plan, and approved by the agency
