After an RN assessment and care plan, our qualified caregivers provide approved non-medical support. Services depend on assessment, staffing availability, and a written service agreement.
Everyday Home Care & Personal Support
Companionship, bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, meal preparation, and light housekeeping — the daily support that keeps life running smoothly.
Post-Surgical & Post-Hospital Support
Attentive care during recovery at home — medication reminders, meals, personal care, and help with approved errands so she can focus on healing.

In-home RN assessment ($149)
A registered nurse visits your home to assess needs and develop a proposed care plan. The $149 fee is explained before you agree to schedule this visit.
Written estimate, then you decide
You'll receive a written estimate with rates and terms. If you choose to proceed and staffing is confirmed, caregiver visits begin.
An inquiry is not a booking and does not charge any fee.

Timika Goodson, NP
Timika Goodson is a nurse practitioner and the founder of Nurse Sister Friend Personal Care Agency. Her vision for the agency grew from a deep belief that every woman deserves personal, respectful support in her own home — care that sees the whole person, not just a diagnosis.
Nurse Sister Friend provides non-medical home care services. Timika's clinical background informs the agency's standards and values — it does not mean every caregiver is a nurse or that every visit includes clinical oversight.
